PREAMBLE

His Holiness P.P. Acharya Samrat Anandrushiji Maharaj Saheb was Acharya of Sthanakwasi Jain Community. He is respected by whole community as great saint and philosopher and is also respected by all communities in India as well as world at large. He was born in Chichondi (Shiral) Tal. Pathardi, Dist. Ahmednagar. His followers and disciples have decided to develop Chichond (Shiral) as a Pilgrimage Center & to make the world aware of his philosophies and Ideologies under the able guidance of his disciple Parampoojya Pravinrushiji Maharaj Saheb. Similarly the followers and disciples have also decided to establish religious & Education Centers, Hostels, Dormitories Hospitals, Diagnostic Centers and other centers for carrying the principles and philosophy for which Perampoojya Acharya Samrat Anandrushiji Maharaj Saheb has lived.


OBJECTS:

  1. To develop, construct, establish, administer and run religious and education centre, meditation Halls, Guest Houses, Libraries, Bhojan Shalas, Primary Health centers, centers for Research and Development of Jain Philosophy, Jain Sthanake etc anywhere in India.
  2. To construct and run hostels, boardings, Hospitals, diagnostic centers, Primary Health Centers etc. and/or to manage their affairs and to have affiliation with hostels, colleges, hospitals, diagnostic centers etc for providing assistance in furtherance of main object.
  3. To purchase, accept donations of or to acquire land, buy properties for achieving above referred activities.
  4. To arrange lectures (Pravachans), seminars, conferences, training programmes etc. for improving and propagating moral and spiritual values and thoughts in the society.
  5. To provide assistance in case of natural calamities or any other purpose of general public utility by collecting assistance from affiliated groups or associations.
  6. To Work for communal and religious harmony.
  7. To establish administer and manage the centers for intellectual people who are retired from the field of education, public administration services, business, industry or any of the professions so that such retired intellectual people can not only live a peaceful life but can also work & contribute to the welfare of the society by contributing their knowledge and experience.

  11. To work for establishing unity of thought based on cultural values.
  12. To establish administer and manage Sanskar Centers at various places in India and abroad.
  13. To print and publish Journals, bulletins, or newspapers to propagate the philosophy, objects of spirituality, philosophy and culture.
  14. To provide training in spiritual and religious practices.
  15. To do all such things and acts that may be necessary forand conductive to more fully and effectively carry out the aforesaid objects.
  16. To work in co-operation with other Associations, Organisations, having aims and objects similar or conducive fully or is and objects of this institution;
  17. To work or activities for attaining above objectives in society/Foundation.
  18. To take over collaborations or amalgamate with any other trust, Society, Association or Institute which is working in the similar objects of the Society.
